The eight stages of an operation, from opening your account to the distribution of the result.
You create an account on the platform. Apex Club carries out the identity and compliance checks required before any operation is presented to you. Using the platform does not by itself make you a partner.
Participation terms, art. 4 and 5An operation covers one precisely identified vehicle. Its documentation sets out the vehicle, the forecast budget, the estimated schedule and the articles of the company to be formed.
Art. 6You state the amount you wish to contribute. A request is not an acceptance: Apex Club may decline it, without having to give a reason.
Art. 7Once the request is accepted, a separate société en participation is formed for that vehicle. You become a partner by signing its articles, which set the distribution key.
Art. 8You transfer your contribution in cash. The funds are used solely to finance that operation, under the terms of the articles.
Art. 9 and 10Apex Club manages the operation: purchase, importing, transport, preparation, keeping and resale of the vehicle. Partners take no part in that management and hold no individual right over the vehicle.
Art. 11, 12 and 18The operation ends when the vehicle is resold, or when it is established that it cannot be carried out. There is no fixed duration and no set resale date.
Art. 14Once all costs are settled, the result is determined and distributed between partners according to the key set in the articles. Apex Club's remuneration is the one stated in the operation's documentation.
Art. 15 and 20No return, no resale price, no resale date and no repayment of the amount contributed is guaranteed. A partial or total loss is possible.
